Kalsubai At the summit is a small temple of Kalsubai, which can seat just three people. This being the highest peak, it commands a beautiful view. The vastly spread out backwaters of Bhandardara attracts one's attention from the top. To the north of the mountain range forts such as Ramsej, Harihargad, Brahmagiri, Anjaneri, Ghargad, Bahula, Tringalwadi, Kavnai can be seen. To the east one can spot Aundha, Vishramgad, Bitangad, to the west Alang, Madangad, Kulang, Ratangad (southwest) and to the south Padhargad, Ghanchakkar, Harishchandragad can be seen.Day 0:
Meeting Point: Pritam Hotel Dadar East @11.00 pm
Pickup Point: Thane @11.45 pm Overnight Journey toward the Bari (Base Village of Kalsubai)
Day 1:
Reach Base Village by 5 am
Breakfast by 6 am
Reach the top of Kalsubai by 10.30-11 am
Rest for some time.
Start Descending by 11.30am
Reach Base Village by 1.30pm
Lunch at the Base Village.
Start our Return Journey by 3.30pm
Reach Mumbai by 9 - 10 pm (Depend on the Traffic)
