Cancellation Terms for Multi-day trips.

Cancellation Charges are applicable in case a participants cancels his/her registration for any respective trips/treks.

Terms for cancellation with respect to the date of event:

(Note: In-case of Cancellation clause already stated on the event page or proposal then that clause if applicable).

 

If the cancellation is done from our side due to some any emergencies like disasters / incidents that are not within our control or not meeting minimum number of participants for economic scales. In such cases 100% whatever payment made by participants will be refunded within 15 days via Internet Banking or Cheque payments.

Cancellation done 45 days before trip date: 10% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.

Cancellation done 44 days to 30 days before trip date: 25% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.

Cancellation done 29 to 20 days before trip date: 40% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.

Cancellation done 19 to 10 days before trip date: 50% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.

Cancellation done 9 days to 5 days before trip date: 60% of the total camp fee shall be deducted towards cancellation charges

Cancellation done 4 to 2 days before trip date:, 80% of the total camp fee shall be deducted towards cancellation charges.

Last 48 hours before trip date: 100% of the total camp fee shall be deducted towards cancellation charges.

Process for cancellation:

Date of Cancellation request: (Note: Nature Knights will factor the date we receive email in our mail box as the date of cancellation).

If you do not get any reply from us for your cancellation request within one hour. kindly reach us on our cell phones / sms etc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. If cancellation done prior to 10 days of outing 75% will be refunded.

2. If done prior to 5 days of outing 50% will be refunded

3. After that no refund will be provided.
