Climb on Vajir Pinnacle

Vajir Pinnacle is located on the south side of the Mahuli Fort.
Mahuli Fort At 2815 ft., this is a popular trekking destination and a paradise for rock-climbers because of many nearby pinnacles with interesting names like Vazir, Vishnu, etc., given by the local trekking and climbing fraternity. This mountain complex is actually a group of two or more hills with common cols and pinnacles.
It is the highest point in the Thane district. The forest surrounding Mahuli has been declared as a sanctuary. Once Shahaji Raje, father of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, had this fortress under his belt. The fort has been declared as a protected monument.

Itinerary:-
1)PUNE Meet Katraj square sharp at 9am 2nd Pickup at shivajinagar at 10am, 3rd pick up at BhaktiShakti square at 11am, 4th pick up for Mumbai participants at Kalwa Hotel Amit Garden at 3pm
2) Lunch to be brought by participants and can be taken in vehicle enroute.
3) Reach base village wandre at 4pm
4) From Wandre we will check the road condition of Nandikeshwar Temple and move.
5) Start trek towards vajir base at 5pm on Saturday 28nd November 2020
6) Reach vajir pinnacle base at 9pm. Set base camp. Dinner from organisers.
7) On morning wake up call at 5am. Maggie or Fruits as breakfast from organisers. 7am climbing starts.
8) Summit of all members upto 01:00 pm and in beetween lunch.
9) At 03:00pm start for windup.
10) At 03:30pm start for return journey.
11) At 05:30pm reach base village.
12) dinner enroute
13) Reach pune approximately 11:00pm (max approx)

2) torch / head torch
3) plate and spoon
4) sports shoes / climbing shoes.
