Let’s do camping beside a beautiful and large lake (Pali Bhutivali Dam) and a mountain in backdrop. Watch the stars and feel the cool breeze while having fun with your new friends. we’ll have Music, Dance, Bonfire, Yummy food and lots more. Destination Bhivpuri is far away from chaos tucked inside the hamlet of Matheran, where only you connect with the nature without any hindrances.
Itinerary:
Reach Bhivpuri Station by 04:00 Pm
Lead Contact no will be shared 1 Day in advance of the event
04:45 pm: will reach camp site & Welcome drink
06:30 pm: free time for photography and enjoying fun and games activities
08:30 pm: BBQ Session, Bonfire
10:30 pm: Dinner time
11:30 pm: Music, Masti, Games
12:30 pm: Lights of and Good night (Enjoy the amazing experience of having a nap in Tents)
Day - 2: Sunday
7:00 am: Good Morning and get fresh, Enjoy Sunrise
8:30 am: Breakfast & Fun time at Lake
10:30 am: Start return journey back to home

Excludes:
1. Train Travelling Cost
2. Any kind of Insurance.
3. Cold Drinks, Mineral Water, etc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. If cancellation done prior to 10 days of outing 75% will be refunded.
2. If done prior to 7 days of outing 50% will be refunded
3. After that no refund will be provided.

■ It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.
■ Adventure Aim hold the right to change the venue, or date, of the event,
■ Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
■ In case event place or venue is changed, Adventure Aim will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.

All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trek without refund.
